Doug was Great! On time, called ahead & confirmed. Took all my concerns into account, worked with my timeline, shared professional insights as well as a priority of things needed done. I had a great experience with William during our crawlspace inspection! He was incredibly friendly, thorough, and took the time to really educate me on what he was seeing and why it mattered.
